Varun Batra, Managing Director

Varun has held a variety of roles across a 28 year career in the IT and consulting industry.  His multi faceted roles have included leadership roles with leading IT firms as well as consulting roles for Blue Chip clients across various domains and industries.

Varun, has focused on enabling organisations leverage technology and operational best practices to achieve their strategic objectives. Having been involved in a variety of engagements focused on:

  • Governance Risk and compliance
  • Digital Transformation
  • Business Mergers and Operations transformation
  • Program Management


Varun is a Mechanical Engineer, and an MBA with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Scrum Master, a CISM (pending certification) and a GRC professional. Varun is a member of ISACA, AICD, OCEG, PMI and Scrum.

Vandana Khanna, Delivery Partner

Vandana is a seasoned IT professional with more than 2 decades of expertise in delivering IT
services to prominent Australian corporations. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully led projects that drive IT operational maturity and optimize application landscapes for her clients. 

In recent years, Vandana has expanded her expertise to include information security risk management, providing strategic guidance to client leadership and overseeing the implementation of robust security controls to mitigate risks. 

By leveraging her in-depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, Vandana helps her clients develop and implement tailored risk management strategies that
align with their business objectives to protect their critical assets.

Dinesh Aggarwal, CISO

Dinesh is among some of the finest cyber security brains in the country. In previous roles Dinesh has served as a CISO for several organizations, leading cyber security compliance and maturity uplift programmes.

Dinesh has been published in several leading publications and sits on the advisory panels and boards, providing thought leadership and guidance to organisations and individuals.

Dinesh has been involved in  establishing the information security for some of the most critical and attack prone systems of national importance.

In addition to being an expert technologist, Dinesh has the rare skill of being able to demystifying technology and presenting the risks in a business context, hence being able to build a trusted bridge between business and IT stakeholders.

Dinesh’s strong point is his clear understanding of business imperatives and reflecting these in a matching security strategy.

Kingshuk Sinha, Partner - Technology Risk & Security

Kingshuk has 22 years’ experience, providing audit and advisory services in the field of information security.   He specialises in the tooling and solutions to implement Cloud Security, IAM, Network Security as well as conducting Gap Assessments and Audits around the Governance of Information security. 

Kingshuk has deep hands-on experience in building and implementation of security across public (AWS, Azure) and private clouds. His expertise extends to a range of technical security domains across network security, cryptography, Identity, and Access management, Endpoint Detection Response, Vulnerability Management, Security Incident and Event Management etc.

Kingshuk has assisted several Australian public and Private sector organisations in implementing security frameworks incorporating standards such as ASD Essential 8, PII, GDPR, NIST, PCI DSS and ISO 27001. Kingshuk has worked as an IRAP assessor across multiple NSW State Government and Australian Federal Government Agencies. In the private sector he has assisted various Fortune 100 and Tier 1 clients from a range of industries including Telco’s, Insurance, Retail, Banking, Education and Financial Sector.
