Centropy is the coming together of elements to increase order and structure.  Essentially the reverse of natural Entropy.

The founders of Centropy Services & Solutions were taken with the concept of bringing together a range of expert skills and capabilities to help our clients.

We have created a team of expert individuals and partner organisations who are singularly focussed on helping our customers grow their businesses through the optimal use of Process and Technology.

The company

Centropy is an Australian Owned, Sydney Headquartered, boutique professional services firm that provides contemporary and pragmatically value adding Assurance, Advisory and Software Managed Services.

Our aim is to help our clients reduce business risks, strengthen internal controls and streamline business processes achieving a fit for purpose business operation that understands its Industry, Regulatory, and Cyber Security obligations and has structures and controls in place to help deliver to its strategic objectives.

We are a team of highly experienced professionals, with multidisciplinary skills who have come together to establish an organisation that embodies the concept of Centropy – “the coming together of elements to enhance structure and method”.

At Centropy, we take Code of conduct and Ethics very seriously. All of our staff and Associates adhere to our stringent code of ethics and a range of other formal undertakings to abide by client policies and procedures during the term of an engagement.
 
Focus on Quality – Centropy is committed to achieving positive client experiences and successes by delivering the highest levels of quality and adherence to standards. We maintain an ISO 9000 based Quality Management System (QMS) to help us achieve these objectives. Our QMS includes a series of policies, procedures, practice notes, precedents and templates that help ensure we consistently deliver high quality, fit for purpose deliverables to our clients. All our team members are trained in our QMS and all our policies, procedures, practice notes, precedents and templates.
 
Our QMS is subject to regular internal audits and management reviews. Continual improvement is applied through preventive and corrective actions, lessons learnt, client satisfaction and client experience surveys (including Net Promoter Scores), and the application of new better practices and techniques recommended by leading authorities such as the Institute of Internal Auditors.
