The client was looking at establishing and validating a list of systems and process that are provided by the ICT department, into a business continuity plan (BCP).
The LHD has numerous systems that range in the hundreds of systems across the region. Establishing an industry standard BCP is crucial to the ongoing operations and management of the systems and services of the ICT offering in the LHD.
The end product would be incorporated into the broader LHD business wide BCP and form a basis for ICT operational readiness for such events.
